About Porcello Engineering

PEI was first formed in 1994 in Fairfield, NJ, as an engineering consulting company specializing in a variety of construction support services for ranging from materials testing to structural design, civil engineering and environmental consulting. Our services have always involved consultation with Building Owners, Architects and Contractors regarding the construction process for foundations, superstructure and weatherproofing. Over the course of time, PEI’s services have evolved to include all of these services plus construction management, pre-construction consulting with developers and property owners, program management and expert witness consulting.

Our offices continues to offer construction inspection and testing, with more emphasis on consulting engineering services related to building envelope, curtain wall, structures, and waterproofing. Our experience and extensive knowledge of building design, codes and construction materials, has allowed us to become one of the leading experts in construction litigation.

The Denver, Colorado office of Porcello Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2001. Each office is separately owned and operated but both continue to offer civil and structural engineering support services for all construction project types and a variety of environmental and geo-technical services.
