Program Management Support Services

PEI works with large and small scale Program Managers to assist in their data development and management of their support facilities. These services are typically under a consulting basis in which PEI provides guidance and implementation assistance on a per task basis. PEI has been engaged with some of the worlds top design-build firms to assist on projects where the task required immediate support. This provided the design-build PM a cost and logistics benefit while staying within budget and on time for the deliverables.
